I wish to inform all my valued customers that my shop online is still open. Please bear in mind orders may take longer to be delivered. I would like to assure you that I am strictly following all the recommendations to guarantee my products are safe for my clients.
Every piece is handmade and carefully crafted. If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 5 days, however it could take up to 21 days to deliver jewellery that is out of stock. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us and we will try to do our best to accommodate your request.
Different ring size is available on request. Please contact directly us at email@example.com.
Payments are made through PayPal. However if you wish to pay in a different way such as by bank transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us. Full payment must be received by us and cleared before we dispatch.
UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Sign at a cost of £12. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you change your mind and wish to return it, you have to notify it within14 days with the reason. Items must be returned in the same condition they have been sent and in their original package. Unfortunately for hygienic reasons earrings cannot be returned. Shipment costs are not refundable. It is the customers' responsability that we receive the goods and any costs involved.
Each product is handmade and carefully crafted. Slight differences in colour, size and shape may occur. This is what make unique each piece.
Please wash with warm and soapy water. Never store your jewellery pieces next to each other in order to avoid scratching them. We recommend you remove your jewellery during physical activities, overnight and when washing and dressing.
