Beginner Jewellery Class - Block of 6 classes-Tuesday 23rd August - 4th October - 7-9 pm (No class on 27th September)
Learn how to use traditional jewellery tools and make a piece designed by yourself. By the end of this course, you will learn some basic jewellery skills such as sawing, texturing, drilling, filing, annealing, soldering and polishing.
You will start working with copper to familiarise yourself and then move onto silver towards the end of the classes. Tools and copper/brass are included. There is an extra charge for silver.
Size classes are small for safety reasons and to provide extra support to learn jewellery skills.
Level: Absolute beginners
Age: 18 +
Skills: Saw piercing, filing, drilling, annealing, soldering, texturing, roll printing and polishing.
Where: Perth Creative Exchange - Stormont Street - Perth - PH1 5NW.

Please bring something to take notes and drawing.
For your own safety long hair must be tied up, no loose-fitting clothes and open-toed shoes should be worn.
Due to the Covid-19 regulations, a mask must be worn, unless exempt. Additional updated information will be send near the time.
